The theme of the XLIX Conference is\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Way to Success in American Culture&#8221;<\/strong>. Socio-cultural conditions and models of success in America and their reflection in various areas of US culture will be considered from a historical and modern perspective.<\/p>\n<p>The traditional sections\u00a0planned\u00a0are :<\/p>\n<p>Journalism<\/p>\n<p>Culture of America in the 17th-19th\u00a0centuries<\/p>\n<p>American Culture of the 20th-21st Centuries with the Roundtable on American Drama<\/p>\n<p>Ethnic aspects of American culture<\/p>\n<p>Gender Aspects of American Culture<\/p>\n<p>Fantastic in the Arts and Culture of the United States<\/p>\n<p>Canadian Dimension of American Culture<\/p>\n<p>Round table &#8220;Imprints: The Image of America and the Image of Russia&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Until\u00a0<strong>October 20<\/strong>, proposals for holding additional panel discussions, round tables and sections are accepted at the address larmih@gmail.com. To organize such a discussion and a round table, it is required to submit a list of questions in Russian and English and names of three participants. For a section, introduce the concept of the section.<\/p>\n<p>Registration starts on August 15, 2023 at https:\/\/lomonosov-msu.ru\/eng\/event\/8293\/<br \/>\n<strong>Registration deadline for\u00a0all\u00a0presentations is October 31, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Organizing committee decides on inclusion to the program until <strong>November 15, 2023<\/strong>, the\u00a0acceptance letter\u00a0will be sent electronically on that date.<\/p>\n<p>The abstracts of the reports included in the program will be published on the Society&#8217;s website in Russian and English.<\/p>\n<p>After discussion in the sections, the reports are recommended for publication in the collection. The best\u00a0papers\u00a0are recommended for publication in the journal &#8220;USA AND CANADA: ECONOMY, POLITICS, CULTURE&#8221;.
